In the heart of Lecce’s historic center, on the first floor of a centuries-old building, we transformed a traditional apartment into a modern retreat that reflects both Italian craftsmanship and contemporary comfort. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private rooftop terrace, this residence now combines authentic Salento charm with international standards of design and living.

The project respected the historic character of the building while introducing high-quality materials and finishes. The bathrooms feature sleek microcement floors and walls, combined with luxury fittings from Hotbath and artisanal ceramics by Galassia – a renowned Italian brand known for craftsmanship and timeless style. Every detail was chosen to balance functionality, aesthetics, and authenticity.
